A sweepstakes casino's terms of service name a single operating company almost every time, but that company is not always the only brand it runs. Reading the documents brand by brand, rather than trusting a list published somewhere else, turns up five groups where the ownership is stated directly in the brands' own terms, one pairing that stands only as reported, and a cluster of unrelated-looking companies that keep printing the same building address.
Why the company behind the site matters
A brand is a website, a set of game providers and a support inbox. The company behind it is the entity that actually holds the funds, signs the payment contracts and decides what the platform offers. When that company runs more than one brand, a decision made once at the company level — which currencies to offer, whether to keep operating a product at all — can apply to every brand it runs rather than only the one a player happens to be signed up to.
That is the practical reason to read past the brand name on a sweepstakes casino's front page and into the entity named in its own terms.
A drawing, not a screenshot, and the sheet under the clip is blank on purpose: this is the site's mark and it carries no findings of its own. The closure dates, the state rules and the numbers behind them are in the text, each with the day we read it.
VGW: five brands under one corporate site
VGW Holdings Limited's own corporate site, read 9 September 2026, describes itself as “an Interactive Entertainment Company” and lists five brands as its own: Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, LuckyLand Casino, Global Poker and Monopoly Match. That is a corporate statement rather than a courtroom filing, but it is the operator's own page, not a third party's list.
LuckyLand Slots' own Terms of Service, version 25.0, back the same structure from the brand side: the platform “is owned and operated by VGW Luckyland, Inc.,” and its definitions clause describes “Platform” as any URL or application “belonging to, or licensed to, VGW Group.” One document names the group from the top, the other names it from a single brand's own terms, and the two agree.
B-Two: three brands, one registration number
McLuck's Terms of Service, version 2.4, name “B-Two Operations Limited, registered under number 021483V” as the company behind the platform. Hello Millions' Terms of Service, version 2.1, name the identical pairing: “B-Two Operations Limited, registered under number 021483V.” SpinBlitz's Terms of Service, version 1.5, add a third: “SpinBlitz.com is owned and operated by B-Two Operations Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man with registration number 021483V.” Three brands, read from three separate documents, printing the same company name and the same registration number is first-party evidence of shared ownership in a way that a single brand's terms alone cannot provide.
The registered office printed alongside that number moves between two addresses depending on when the document was captured: McLuck's newer terms and Hello Millions' terms both give “Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP,” while SpinBlitz's December 2024 capture, and an older McLuck capture, give “Second Floor, 18–20 North Quay, Douglas” instead. Read together, that looks like the one company's office address changing over time rather than three separate companies, since the registration number stays the same throughout.
Realplay: RealPrize and LoneStar on one template
RealPrize's Promotional Play Rules name the operator plainly: “are offered and operated by REALPLAY TECH INC using software developed by Realplay Ltd.” LoneStar Casino's own General Terms and Conditions print the identical sentence, substituting only the brand name: “The LoneStarCasino Services provided through the Site … are offered and operated by REALPLAY TECH INC using software developed by Realplay Ltd.” Both brands' site footers give the same Delaware address, “8 The Green #15134, Kent, Delaware 19901,” and the two documents carry matching clause numbers throughout, down to identical redemption minimums and identical wording on processing times. The only printed difference between them is the AMOE mailing address each brand gives for its own mail-in requests.
MW Services and WOWCom: WOW Vegas and Rolla
WOW Vegas and Rolla share a joint operator naming pattern rather than a single company. WOW Vegas's Terms and Conditions define “We” as “MW services Limited and WOWCom Services Inc,” giving MW Services Limited's Gibraltar address as “5–9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA” and WOWCom Services Inc's Delaware address as “1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington, Delaware, DE 19805.” Rolla's own Terms and Conditions name the same two companies with the same two addresses, and add the registration numbers: MW Services Limited as “company registration number 120828” and WOWCOM Services Inc as “company registration number 5834875.” Both documents also use the identical template sentence to describe their own platform, swapping only the brand name: WOW Vegas's terms describe a URL “branded as part of the 'WOW' family of games,” and Rolla's describe one “branded as part of the 'Rolla' family of games.”
A1 Development: Funrize and NoLimitCoins, first-party
Funrize's Terms of Use name the operator as “A1 Development LLC, address: 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA.” NoLimitCoins' own Terms of Use & Service Agreement, read live on 11 September 2026, print the identical sentence: “A1 Development LLC, address: 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA.” Matching company name and matching street address in both brands' own preambles puts this pairing on the same first-party footing as B-Two and Realplay above.
Trade press (Gambling Insider, reported 2 July 2026) has additionally named A1 Development LLC as the operator behind Fortune Wheelz and TaoFortune. Those two brands are outside the set of documents we read directly for this site, so that wider pairing stands as reported, sourced to that outlet, rather than confirmed from the brands' own terms the way Funrize and NoLimitCoins are.
Several unrelated companies, one building
Four differently named companies, each with its own registration number, print the same Isle of Man office as their registered address in the documents we read: B-Two Operations Limited (McLuck and Hello Millions' current terms), Play Spree Ltd (Spree), Silver Social Operations Limited (Jackpota) and LuminaryPlay Operations Limited (Mega Bonanza).

Two unrelated companies sharing a registered address is not unusual on the Isle of Man, and four of them sharing one is still not proof of common ownership on its own — a shared registration number, like B-Two's across three brands, is a different and stronger kind of evidence than a shared street address. What we can say is what each document prints, side by side, with the date each was read. We draw no ownership conclusion from the address alone.
What a shared owner does and does not tell you
A registration number repeated across two or three brands' own documents is as close to first-party proof of common ownership as this kind of reading gets, and it is a stronger basis than a name that merely sounds similar or a list published on a site that is not the operator's own. What it does not settle is territory: a shared company can still attach different rules to different products, and one brand under a group can serve a state that a sibling brand does not. What common ownership does affect directly is closure. VGW's own corporate site still listed LuckyLand Slots among its five brands on the day we read it, even as CasinoBeats reported on 28 July 2026, citing VGW, that single brand winding down while the rest of the group continues — one product retiring inside a five-brand company, not the company itself.
