The company behind the site
Which company actually runs each sweepstakes brand
5 operating companies now account for a dozen of the sweepstakes brands whose documents we read, and two of those companies print the identical registration number or the identical street address on more than one brand. This page maps brand to company using each brand’s own terms, not trade press guesswork.
Why the operating company matters more than the brand name
A sweepstakes brand is a front end: a domain, a logo, an app icon. The party actually bound by its terms, holding its licences and running its payment rails, is the operating company named in the small print — and that company can run more than one brand at once, under different names, with different visual identities, while remaining the same legal entity end to end. Reading brand websites side by side will not show that. Reading the operating-company clause in each brand's own terms will.
That is the whole method of this page: read the clause, name the company, name the brands it also runs where its own documents or another brand's documents say so, and mark as reported anything that comes from trade press rather than a document we read ourselves. State law and brand exits are a different question, covered on one page only: where sweepstakes casinos are banned.
VGW: three brands, one repeated clause
Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots and Global Poker each publish separate terms naming a separate legal entity — VGW Malta Limited for Chumba, VGW Luckyland, Inc. for LuckyLand Slots, VGW GP Limited for Global Poker — and each of those documents defines “VGW Group” the same way: “VGW Canada, VGW Games, VGW Malta, VGW GP and our affiliates and related parties.” That identical sentence appears in Chumba's Terms and Conditions v27.0 (13 July 2026, read live 11 September 2026) and in Global Poker's Terms and Conditions v25.2 (7 April 2026, read live 11 September 2026). Three separately incorporated companies, one shared definition, written into each one's own contract.
VGW's own corporate site listed five brands under the VGW name when we read it on 9 September 2026: Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, LuckyLand Casino, Global Poker and Monopoly Match. United Slots is not on that list; it appears only in trade press, reported by Gambling Insider on 2 July 2026 alongside Chumba, LuckyLand Slots, LuckyLand Casino and Global Poker as brands affected by the same compliance decision.
B-Two Operations Limited: the same registration number on two brands
McLuck and Hello Millions read as unrelated brands: different names, different sites, no cross-link between them in the pages we read. Their Terms of Service say otherwise. McLuck's terms name “B-Two Operations Limited, registered under number 021483V” with its registered office at “Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man” (Terms of Service v2.4, 28 August 2025, read via a Wayback capture of 28 January 2026). Hello Millions' terms name the identical company, the identical registration number and the identical address (Terms of Service v2.1, 28 August 2025, read via a Wayback capture of 12 March 2026). That is not two brands that happen to share a template; it is one company, contracting under two different consumer-facing names.
SpinBlitz is a third confirmed brand under the same company: “SpinBlitz.com is owned and operated by B-Two Operations Limited,” with the identical registration number, 021483V, printed in its own Terms of Service footer (Terms of Service v1.5, read via a Wayback capture of 3 December 2024). Trade press had earlier grouped PlayFame with this same family, reported by Gambling Insider on 25 June 2026 — but PlayFame's own terms name a different operator, PlayFame Operations Limited, with B2 Services OÜ and B-Two Operations Limited appearing only as payment agents on its footer, not as the named operator. PlayFame is treated separately below rather than folded into the B-Two group on the strength of a trade-press report its own documents do not confirm.
MW Services: a named family, now confirmed on both brands
Rolla's Terms and Conditions name two contracting entities directly: “MW Services Limited,” a Gibraltar company, and “WOWCOM Services Inc,” a Delaware corporation, and define the platform as belonging to “MW Services Group” and branded “as part of the Rolla family of games” (Terms and Conditions v2.0, 28 November 2025, read live 11 September 2026). That is a first-party statement of a group identity, in Rolla's own contract.
WOW Vegas is now confirmed as the same pairing, directly in its own contract rather than an address field. Its Terms and Conditions, version 9.0 of 23 July 2026, define “We” as “MW services Limited and WOWCom Services Inc,” giving the Gibraltar company's registered address at 5–9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, and the Delaware corporation's at 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403-B, Wilmington, DE 19805 — the identical two addresses Rolla's own Terms and Conditions give for the same two entities (read live 11 September 2026). Two brands, two matching operating-company statements, each written into its own contract. Trade press has also linked MetaWin to this family; we found no dated primary report to cite, so MetaWin is left off the table below.
REALPLAY TECH INC and A1 Development LLC: two more repeated operators
RealPrize and LoneStar Casino read as unrelated brands until their own documents are compared. Both name REALPLAY TECH INC as operator, both credit the same software company, Realplay Ltd, and both print the identical Delaware address, 8 The Green #15134, Kent, Delaware 19901 (RealPrize General Terms v2.4, 15 September 2025; LoneStar General Terms v1.2, 15 September 2025; both read via Wayback in 2026). Their rules documents run one version series apart — RealPrize's Promotional Play Rules at 2.8, LoneStar's at 1.5 — with the same clause numbers and the same wording throughout, down to the $45 gift-card and $100 cash minimums.
Funrize and NoLimitCoins show the same pattern under a different operator. Both name A1 Development LLC, both give the identical Wyoming address, 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, and both currently describe a single “Virtual Coins” currency with no prize-redemption clause in their most recent terms (Funrize Terms of Use v2.0, 3 June 2026; NoLimitCoins Terms of Use v2.0, 3 September 2026; both read live 11 September 2026). Both brands are covered in their present, Gold-Coin-only form on the social casinos page.
Brands with no shared parent stated
Most of the remaining brands we read name a standalone company with no group statement in the documents we could access. Stake.us names Sweepsteaks Limited, a Cyprus company. Pulsz names Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a Gibraltar company, whose footer points to ysi-group.com without naming a parent. High 5 Casino names High 5 Entertainment, LLC. Zula Casino names SCPS LLC. Modo.us names ARB Gaming, LLC, whose legal correspondence uses the domain arbinteractive.com, a hint rather than a stated parent. Fortune Wins, formerly Fortune Coins, names both Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD.
Four more single-brand operators appear in documents read since: Jackpota names Silver Social Operations Limited; Mega Bonanza names LuminaryPlay Operations Limited; Moonspin names Solar Bloom LLC, based in Casper, Wyoming; Dara Casino names Gateway Guardian Administrators, LLC, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Sweeptastic, before it closed as a casino, named Heuston Gaming Limited. One pattern worth flagging rather than treating as confirmed ownership: Jackpota's Silver Social Operations Limited, Mega Bonanza's LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, and PlayFame's own operator, PlayFame Operations Limited, all print the identical Isle of Man registered office, Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP — the same building, under three different company names, in three brands' own documents. That is consistent with a shared corporate-formation agent's address and nothing more specific than that; none of the three documents states a group relationship between the companies themselves. PlayFame's own two documents also disagree with each other: its Terms of Service name PlayFame Operations Limited as operator, while an earlier Sweepstakes Rules document names a different company, B2 Services OÜ, as operating the site — the same B2 Services OÜ that is a payment agent, not the named operator, on McLuck's, Hello Millions' and SpinBlitz's own pages. Read dates for each are in the table below.

McLuck is also entered above under B-Two; an earlier footer, read in a Wayback capture of 18 September 2025, called the payment agent B2 Services OÜ the site's owner and operator, a description that conflicts with the operating-company clause in McLuck's own Terms of Service.
When the operating company itself changes
Legendz is the clearest case we read of a company changing under a single brand. Its footer named “Silver Swan LTD,” a Cyprus entity, in a capture of 20 January 2025; ten days later, a capture of 30 January 2025 named “Platinum Panther LLC,” a Delaware company; by a capture of 4 August 2025, the footer named “Platinum Panther Ltd,” a Malta company, the entity still named as of our most recent read. Three companies, three jurisdictions, in about seven months, all on the same brand.
Spree shows a smaller version of the same pattern within a single set of documents: its Terms of Service footer gives one registration number for Play Spree Ltd, and its Sweepstakes Official Rules give a different number and a different Isle of Man address for what both documents call the same company (Terms of Service v1.7.1 and Sweepstakes Official Rules v1.8.1, both read via a Wayback capture of 30 April 2026). We read both documents in full; the discrepancy is in the source, not in our reading of it.
What trade press adds, and what it does not confirm
Trade press coverage groups several more brands than the ones confirmed above. Fortune Wins and Zula Casino, alongside Sportzino, Yay, American Luck, Luck Party and Win Bonanza, are reported together under a brand family named Blazesoft — but neither Fortune Wins' nor Zula Casino's own terms name that company, we did not read terms for the other five brands in that grouping, and we found no dated primary report we could cite for the claim. It is left out of the table above for that reason, not because the grouping is necessarily wrong.
Why a decision at the company level reaches every brand it owns
The point of tracing brand to company is not genealogy for its own sake. A payment processor, a bank, a card network or a regulator does not deal with a brand; it deals with the company behind it. McLuck and Hello Millions are, on the evidence of their own terms, the same registered company trading under two names — so a decision B-Two Operations Limited makes about a payment rail, a licence or a market applies to both storefronts at once, whether or not either brand's own marketing says so. The same logic holds for VGW's three confirmed brands sharing one group definition, and for Rolla's contract naming MW Services Group by name.
None of that means every brand under one company treats players identically: redemption minimums, playthrough multiples and free-coin mechanics differ brand to brand even within a confirmed group, and this page does not assume otherwise. What each brand actually gives — its currencies, its minimums, its free Sweeps Coins — is covered brand by brand on the current list of sweepstakes casinos, on free sweepstakes coins by brand, and on how sweepstakes casinos pay out. For redemption speed specifically, see the fastest sweepstakes casino redemptions. Readers comparing ownership before choosing among these sweepstakes casino alternatives should still read the brand's own current terms, since, as Legendz shows, the company behind a brand is not fixed.
