How Sweeps Coins arrive

None of the four brands with full detail sell their prize coin directly. Each states a small set of free routes instead, and the routes differ brand by brand.

LuckyLand Slots pays a Daily Bonus once every 24 hours (Sweeps Rules 3.2(c)) and 5 Sweeps Coins for each valid online Entry Request, built from a handwritten 4-by-6-inch card template with a photo upload (Sweeps Rules 3.2(d)(vi)). Stake.us pays a Daily Login Bonus once per day (Terms 8.2(a)(i)) and 5 Stake Cash for a mailed postcard at least 4 by 6 inches, posted from the state on the verified account address (Terms 8.3(a)). Both sit in Terms and Conditions version 18.0, read via archive capture 8 September 2026.

Zula Casino pays a daily bonus when an account's Sweeps Coin balance falls below a stated threshold, plus separate allowances for sign-up, connecting a Facebook account, phone verification and referral (Sweeps Rules 3.2.2, 3.2.5 through 3.2.8), on top of 5 Sweeps Coins for a handwritten mail-in request built around a generated mail code (Sweeps Rules 3.2.4). Rolla states a bonus attached to Gold Coin purchases, giveaway contests on social media, a “Race Rewards” leaderboard and a referral programme (SC Game Rules, “How to collect SC Coins”), plus 3 SC Coins for a mail-in request with a one-time code sent to a New Hampshire post office box. Rolla's rules, read live 11 September 2026, do not contain a daily-login bonus — the one route missing from this brand that appears at every other brand on this page.

Across all four, the pattern is the same: a purchase of the play coin can trigger a bonus of the prize coin, a login or a small task can trigger a smaller amount, and a mailed or typed request can trigger a fixed, modest amount without any purchase at all. None of these routes is a code you enter; each is a request the operator's own system processes.

What a Sweeps Coin is worth

Three of the four fully documented brands state the same rate: one Sweeps Coin, or its brand equivalent, equals one US dollar. LuckyLand Slots states it for coins won through play (Sweeps Rules 4.4). Stake.us states an “implied rate of 1 Stake Cash per 1 USD” for redemption purposes (Terms 13.4(c), 13.5(d)). Rolla states the same 1:1 rate for coins eligible for redemption. Zula Casino's rulebook states the rate the other way: “Each 100 Sweeps Coins won through eligible gameplay can be redeemed at a Prize value of $100 USD” (Sweeps Rules 4.4) — the same ratio, printed as a round-number example instead of a per-coin rate.

None of the four rulebooks state a value for the play coin, because the play coin is never redeemed; it is spent on games and, per every rulebook read, “cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for Prizes,” in Stake.us's wording (Terms 3(f)).

Fortune Coins, now rebranded Fortune Wins, is the one brand read for this site whose prize coin is not priced 1:1 with the dollar: “Each 100 FC won through eligible gameplay can be redeemed at a Prize value of $1 USD” (Sweeps Rules 4.4, version 4.7). Chumba Casino, Global Poker, Crown Coins Casino, Hello Millions, Spree, Jackpota, Dara Casino and PlayFame all state the plain 1 SC = US$1 rate instead.

Playthrough before you can redeem

A Sweeps Coin sitting in a balance is not automatically eligible for redemption. Every brand with a stated figure attaches a playthrough requirement first.

• LuckyLand Slots requires Sweeps Coins to be “played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes,” with room in the same clause to raise that requirement to as much as 20 times (Sweeps Rules 4.6, v31.0).
• Stake.us requires “all Customers… to play their Stake Cash three (3) times before it is eligible to be redeemed for Prizes,” with an exception for Stake Cash won directly in play (Terms 13.1(c), v18.0).
• Zula Casino requires Sweeps Coins to be “played one time… to become eligible for redemption,” unless the operator states otherwise (Sweeps Rules 4.13, v2.6).
• Rolla requires SC Coins to be “played through one time (1x)… before they are eligible to be redeemed,” with the same reserved right to raise it, capped at 20 times in the rules (SC Game Rules, v13.0).

High 5 Casino requires the same single playthrough with no numeric ceiling stated (Rules 7.7, v43.0). Crown Coins Casino sets 1x, with room to raise it “not more than ten (10) times” (Sweepstakes Policy 9, v1.0) — the same document also contradicts itself on the minimum, with the preamble stating a 100-coin threshold and clause 12 stating 50. Moonspin sets the widest stated range: “at least 1 time (not exceeding 20 times)” (Rules 4.7, 14 July 2026), matching the 1-to-20 range LuckyLand Slots and Global Poker reserve. Fortune Wins fixes no multiple at all, reserving the right to set one “at our sole discretion per Game, Promotion, and/or region,” with a 2x figure given only as an example (Sweeps Rules 4.5–4.6).

Pulsz's own Terms of Use, as read for this site, does not state a playthrough multiplier in the clauses covering the licence and the redemption process.

When Sweeps Coins expire

An inactive balance does not sit forever. Zula Casino's Sweeps Rules state that “Sweeps Coins are only valid for 60 days from the date you last logged in to your Account” (Sweeps Rules 9.2, v2.6, read live 11 September 2026). The two older rulebooks read for this site carry the same 60-day figure counted from a different event: Pulsz's clause 6.11 counts 60 consecutive days without gameplay, and High 5 Casino's clause 6.10 counts 60 consecutive days without a login. LuckyLand Slots, Stake.us and Rolla's documents, as read for this page, do not state an expiry window for an inactive Sweeps Coin balance.

Pulsz goes a step further in a separate clause: an account inactive for 60 days or longer can be closed outright, and clause 4.9 states that no notice is required before that happens.

The same 60-day figure recurs across most of the brands whose rules were read in full: Crown Coins Casino (from the last login), WOW Vegas (from the date SC was received), and Spree, Jackpota and Dara Casino (each a 60-day dormancy window in their own Sweepstakes Rules). Moonspin splits its two coins: Sweep Coins expire after 60 days without a login, Gold Coins after 180 (Rules 3.9, 14 July 2026).

What cannot be done with either coin

No document read for this site treats either coin as property. Pulsz's and High 5 Casino's clause 2.2, in the versions read here, grants “a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, license to access and use the Service, Games and Virtual Coins” — permission, not ownership, and permission that can be withdrawn. The same restriction runs through the newer rulebooks in different words: Stake.us's Gold Coins “have no monetary value and cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for Prizes,” and none of the four newer brands' terms describe either coin as transferable, giftable or sellable between accounts. Selling a prize coin directly, outside the operator's own redemption process, is against every rulebook read for this site.

A short glossary

Gold Coin. The coin that is sold and never leaves. Brand names vary — Gold Coins, Standard Coins, “GC” — but the coin plays the same games as the prize coin and nothing won with it becomes a prize.

Prize currency (Sweeps Coin). The coin that cannot be bought on its own. It arrives with a purchase bonus, a login bonus, a giveaway, or a mail-in request, and is exchanged for a prize through a redemption process rather than spent directly.

AMOE. Alternative method of entry — the free, no-purchase route to the prize currency, usually a mailed or typed request. It exists because a lottery needs a prize, chance and consideration together; the free route removes the third.

Consideration. What a player gives up to enter, in the legal test for a lottery. The free entry route is built to remove this element from the transaction.

Redemption. The process by which the prize currency becomes an actual prize: a request, supporting documents, a playthrough check, and the operator's own determination — not an instant withdrawal.

Dormant. An account or balance inactive for a stated period, after which the prize currency expires on its own. The figure stated across every rulebook we read that addresses it is 60 days.

Where the two coins differ most between brands

The mechanism is close to identical across brands; the numbers inside it are not. Rolla pays only 3 coins for its mail-in route against 5 at the other three brands. Stake.us asks for three playthroughs where the others ask for one. Only one of the four newer brands, Zula Casino, states an expiry window at all in the documents we read, even though the structure of a dormancy clause appears at both of the older brands too. None of this variation is visible from a brand's front page; it sits in the numbered clauses of each rulebook, which is why a coin balance at one platform tells you nothing reliable about the rules at another.
