That is the identical pairing of entities that Rolla's own Terms and Conditions name as its operator, with the identical two addresses printed in both documents. We had earlier treated the shared name on WOW Vegas's mail-in form as a coincidence rather than a confirmed fact; this newer document removes that uncertainty.
The rules document that actually governs redemption, SC Game Rules version 30.0, published 9 September 2026, is served the same way and sets a 50 SC cash minimum, with gift vouchers available at a smaller minimum the document does not print a figure for — a gap against an older help-centre article, which states 20 SC for a gift card. Cash pays to the account or wallet used to purchase WOW Coins, or an alternative account, and the rules note that payments above $2,500 may take longer to process, with a possible cap of $10,000 per day.
